Mysterious Coin

Description

Takes the appearance of a stone coin with a clear gemstone embedded in its center. It is roughly the size of a standard gold piece (comparable to a 1-dollar coin).

Properties

• The Coin Refuses to allow the party to share its existance.
• It appears to teleport to avoid being discovered or lost.
• All attempts to destroy the coin have failed; it appears to be indestructible as of current testing.
• The Coin makes people feel as if something has but also hasn't happened at the same time.
• When a History check is made near the coin, the person experiences an alternate version of reality, where historical events unfolded differently.

Discovery

This mysterious coin appeared on the table in the middle of the night after Orgil heard somebody attempting to break into the room. When the door was opened nobody was found on the other side.
